I hereby retain Forensicss to perform investigative and digital forensic services on my behalf, billed at a rate of $150 per hour. Any services exceeding the initial retainer will be communicated and approved prior to execution. This agreement remains in effect until completion or written termination and is governed by California law.
All information exchanged with Forensicss is strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party without written permission. This confidentiality remains in effect for 5 years after service completion and is enforceable under California law.
I agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered by Forensicss. All disputes must be resolved directly with Forensicss. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in legal action.
While Forensicss will perform all investigations professionally, no outcomes are guaranteed. Payment is for the service process and time, not for final results. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.
