A Utah couple used to be arrested this week after a police investigation uncovered hideous abuse of their kids.
Darren Justin Berriel, 35, faces seven counts of aggravated minute one abuse, and Rachelle Southwick, 32, has been charged with one in all the the same count, KSL reported.
