    Tier ones plead no longer guilty in Hinkley Level C loss of life case

    Two tier one contractors have entered no longer guilty pleas to health and safety offences in two separate cases bearing on to a loss of life and a severe injury at Hinkley Level C.

    Each and each cases were brought following investigations by the Administrative center for Nuclear Law (ONR).
