The cartel watchdog first launched its probe in December 2024 over suspected anti-aggressive arrangements linked to roofing work for faculties applying to the Department for Training’s Condition Enchancment Fund.

The CMA also confirmed the scope of the investigation became widened before all the pieces up of this year.
