An investigation is underway in Long Seashore after a family learned human remains for the period of an Easter egg hunt within the converse reach DeForest Park and Wetlands on Sunday afternoon, in step with police.

On Monday afternoon, police and the Clinical Examiner’s Office confirmed that the learned remains were human. They said that they recovered a human cranium and a jawbone. The remains were taken to the Hertzberg-Davis Forensic Science Heart in Los Angeles for added examination.
Despite early reports that the remains belong to a baby, the Clinical Examiner’s Office said that they’ve no longer been ready to name a gender or age.
